The Center for Nia and Yoga is located in heart of downtown Albany. The Center is compromise of 2 beautiful studio. Studio 1, with it's natural light and hardwood floors is for dance and movement. It is the hub for Nia in the Capital District and is the home for northeast Nia teacher training programs. Our second floor, loft Sky Studio is for Yoga, predominately Kripalu and also houses the unique Bowls of Zen soup experience. Other offerings: Various Yoga flow, restorative yoga, live Afro-Caribbean dance and drum, drumming lessons, Nia dance jams and other community events.
