Made with a special blend of spices and pure pumpkin, this flavor remains close to ice cream maker Paul Nasrani’s home and heart. “I was inspired to create this flavor from my mother’s pumpkin pie recipe. My mom always made excellent pumpkin desserts that I looked forward to all year and I wanted to recreate that feeling by creating a pumpkin dessert that doesn’t require baking.”
