I have been banking with citizens bank for over 10 years and after paying high overdraft fees, asking to take my sunglasses off, insinuating that I am a stranger and may pose danger at the branch that I have banked at for over 8 years, and then experiencing over $400.00 of fraudulent charges - I have received nothing but DISPICABLE customer service. The Supervisors on duty have absolutely no regard for a customer that has been violated by fraud. They not only gave me any advice to resolve any of the matters, they then informed me that I would have to PAY for the replaced debit card which needed to be overnighted. Citizens Bank has offered the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I have been in the Hospitality Business for 15 years and would NEVER treat my guests in the manner as Citizens Bank's Supervisors!! An absolute hands down for this bank - I will be closing my account and letting everyone I know to bank elsewhere.
