customer service is terrible, leave a message but they will NEVER call you back. They say their internet wireless routers are not compatible with MAc products.

Christina, I'm so sorry to hear you are having problems with the Wi-Fi at one of our properties. There is no reason we can't figure out how to get it to work properly with any Wi-Fi device.
