With two hot yoga studios in Saratoga Springs and Latham, and a warm sister studio (One Yoga Saratoga) in Saratoga Springs, Hot Yoga Saratoga is the only yoga studio in the Capital Region that offers such diverse styles of yoga under one roof.
Hot Yoga Saratoga offers classes 364 days of the year and also conducts special workshops, hosts visiting teachers and holds various charitable events throughout the year. Classes are held as early as 630am and as late as 730pm. All levels are welcome to most classes. Hot Yoga Saratoga also boasts large spacious studios, showers and yoga merchandise boutiques in all of its locations.
