J & A Prep Kitchen

Opening September 2011, Jacob & Anthony's Prep Kitchen will be Marrello Restaurant Group's third restaurant concept, located in Crossgates Mall across from the movie theater. The Prep Kitchen will have a "Prep School" look and feel and will be partnering that with a polished casual dining environment geared towards mall shoppers and community residents of all ages.The menu will be filled with wonderful fresh salads, burgers, sandwiches and tacos, and of course J&A's Classic Entrees. Timeless recipes with a modern presentation, the Prep Kitchen will be sure to have something for the whole family!

Ate there last night and the food was outstanding. Ordered the Eggplant Stack and my girlfriend got a burger. Both were incredibly tasty. Service was great, but then again it wasn't too busy. Will definitely go back soon.

Hi, we ate at J/A prep in Crossgates last night. Both requested well done burgers. Mine was slight pink, my wifes wad not cooked well, one pink spot and one spot that was still raw, blood like. Made waiter aware. Manager came and apologized, said it wasnt even that busy and cooks were sorry. Did not even take off my bill or offer free desert. Not good customer service, will not recomed to friends.
