A Community of Charter Schools Striving for Excellence in Education

KIPP Capital Region is a new partnership of seven schools in Albany and Troy working together towards one common goal: every child grows up free to create the life they want for themselves and their communitites. Each school within the network has its own values and school cultures, with shared regional approaches to partnering with families to ensure every child succeeds.

KIPP Capital Region is affiliated with the KIPP Foundation, a national network of over 280 college-preparatory public charter schools with a 25-year track record of preparing students in educationally underserved communities for success in college and beyond. Together with families and communities, these schools work to instill students with the skills and confidence they need to pursue the path of their choice.
