Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management LLC (KCCM) provides construction management, general contracting, design-build and pre-construction planning and analysis for clients in New York State and New England. KCCM was established in 2009, combining the resources and experience of two well established construction firms with similar operating philosophies – Consigli Construction Co., Inc. and Kirchhoff Construction Management, Inc. From healthcare, academic, corporate/retail, landmark restoration to community/cultural projects, KCCM’s projects range from special service assignments of under $100,000 to contracts over $110 million, with the average project size is in the $10 - $15 million range. Drawing on the resources of over 425 people with project managers, project engineers, superintendents, M/E/P coordinators, estimators and purchasing personnel, KCCM employs a dedicated team of self-performing crafts people. The belief is ‘practice what you preach’, KCCM being the area’s green building resource, it’s headquarters is securing LEED certification and company-wide recycling policies and Earth-conscious practices are in place.
