KCCM was established in 2009, combining the resources and experience of two well established construction firms with similar operating philosophies – Consigli Construction Co., Inc. and Kirchhoff Construction Management, Inc. From healthcare, academic, corporate/retail, landmark restoration to community/cultural projects, KCCM’s projects range from special service assignments of under $100,000 to contracts over $110 million, with the average project size is in the $10 - $15 million range. Drawing on the resources of over 425 people with project managers, project engineers, superintendents, M/E/P coordinators, estimators and purchasing personnel, KCCM employs a dedicated team of self-performing crafts people. The belief is ‘practice what you preach’, KCCM being the area’s green building resource, it’s headquarters is securing LEED certification and company-wide recycling policies and Earth-conscious practices are in place.
