Customer Service Representative Job Fair Monday June 17, 9am-4pm Thursday June 20, 9am-4pm Linium is currently recruiting for Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representatives for a new call center that is opening in Albany, NY! This large call center will be staffed with over 800 employees. In these roles, selected employees will be answering inbound calls and helping people with their questions regarding health benefits and insurance. This is not a sales/telemarketing role, strictly customer service helping people. Candidates with any type of customer service including: retail, food service, patient care, front desk/reception, etc. will be considered. We are seeking candidates that like working with people, who are patient and good listeners. NO previous call center or healthcare/insurance experience required! On the job PAID training will be provided! All positions are temporary to permanent positions. Full and part time positions available! Candidates will be required to complete a Typing and Customer Service test. Requirements: ? High School diploma or GED required ? Any previous customer service experience or dealing with the public ?
