Learn how to access the 1940 Federal Census online at this hands-on computer class. Name indexes to most of the 1940 Census are not available yet. Senior Librarian Stephanie Barrett demonstrate how to find someone in the 1940 census using both the National Archives website and Ancestry Library Edition. These techniques can also be used to try to find someone who does not show up in an earlier census, as well. This class will also cover printing, e-mailing and saving Census pages. Space is limited and registration is required.
