Participants will walk away with a specific plan to keep them motivated long after the workshop has ended. Barbara Wisnom is an executive and business coach, organizational development consultant, trainer and facilitator. She brings over 25 years of management experience to her work. After completing a successful tenure as vice president in an insurance company, Barbara began her professional coaching career. She holds a certification from the Coaches Training Institute and has completed both the Leadership and Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching programs. Barbara has been speaking publicly and offering seminars to a wide variety of audiences for a number of years. Participants report that her engaging style, along with the creative approach she employs result in learning that goes beyond just the program itself. Barbara holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Science from Niagara University and SUNY Buffalo respectively.
