We are pleased to announce that Chef Noah Sheetz of the Chefs Consortium will participate in our event along with other local chefs, including Ric Orlando of New World Bistro.
The evening will also showcase local foods produced by HANNY's own Healthy Community Harvest food production program. There will also be a silent auction and music by Andy Sink and the Pool Boys.
Included in the evening, we will be honoring Congressman Paul Tonko, Frank Mauro of the Fiscal Policy Institute, and FOCUS Churches of Albany for their community service and commitment to ending hunger.
For 30 years, Hunger Action Network of New York State has been a membership organization of emergency food programs, advocates and other individuals whose goal is to end hunger in New York State. We work to provide more food and funding to food pantries, soup kitchens and shelters. We also work to solve the long term problems that contribute to hunger, homelessness and poverty. Y
