The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) plans to restructure its NX service with a series of improvements designed to make it more efficient, reduce costs, and attract new customers.
The plan design includes the reduction of the number of zones and overall fare pricing, the addition of a discounted monthly NX Swiper pass, and improvements to where and when the service travels.
A detailed description of these proposed changes can be found online and in a brochure distributed in public libraries, on buses and in schedule racks throughout Saratoga.
CDTA will hold three public meetings to share information for NX service restructure plan with Clifton Park's meeting taking place on Thursday, July 19, 2012.
