Clifton Park NY – Don’t miss the 2016 July 4th Celebration at Clifton Common, from 12:00pm to 10:00pm!
This Independence Day will be full of fun for the entire family with live music, great food and so much more!
The day will kick off with a parade at 12pm and the evening will be wrapped up with fireworks at 9:30pm.
Enjoy live music from the California Transit Authority and The Accents!
12pm: Parade from Shenendahowa to Clifton Common, with the lineup starting at 11am. Parade will go from Shen's main entrance west on Route 146, south on Vischer Ferry Road, and will end at Clifton Common.
Opening Ceremonies will follow the parade with the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Elks, and American Legion, with a welcome and opening remarks from Town Supervisor Phil Barrett.
12pm - 10pm: Food court - Hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, sausage and peppers, ice cream, fried dough, German and Greek foods, beverages, and more.
12pm - 8pm: Amusement rides (tickets required) - SLIDE, "Star Walk," swing ride, tub ride, and more.
12pm - 8pm: Craft Show
1pm to 5pm: Fire Prevention Bus - Explore the bus to learn more about how to keep you and your family safe. Free tour for all ages.
1pm to 5pm: Community booths and displays.
2pm to 5pm: Pony rides and petting zoo - free!
5:30pm - 7:30pm: The Accents - Providing high energy entertainment that will keep the dance floor packed.
8pm - 9:30pm: California Transit Authority - An all-star ensemble led by Danny Seraphine and Bill Champlin. Seraphine is a founding member of the band Chicago and was recently introduced into the National Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame.
And of course, fireworks!!
