Clifton Park NY – Don’t miss the 2012 July 4th Celebration at Clifton Common, July 4th from 12 to 10 pm! This Independence Day will be full of fun for the entire family with live music, great food and so much more!
The day kicks off with the annual Fourth of July parade at noon. The parade route begins at Shenendehowa campus on Route 146 and finishes at the Clifton Common. Events will be going on all day starting with the opening ceremony at 1pm with Town Supervisor Phil Barrett and other guests!
Come hungry! There will be great food available, including hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, ice cream, fried dough, German & Southwestern foods, Italian ice, beverages and more.

12 pm :: Parade
1 pm :: Opening Ceremonies – VFW, Elks & American Legion - Welcome and Opening Remarks from Town Supervisor Phil Barrett, Introduction of major sponsors.
12 - 10 pm :: Food Court
12 - 8 pm :: Amusement Rides (tickets required) Rides include: Slide, Swing ride, Tub ride & more
12 - 8 pm :: Craft Show
1- 4 pm :: Pony Rides and Petting Zoo
1- 5 pm :: Photobooth
1 - 5 pm :: Fire Prevention Bus – Explore the bus to learn more about how to keep you and your family safe! Free tour for all ages.
On The Clifton Common Stage:
4 - 5 pm :: Lethal Sonic Cockail - Modern alternative acoustic.
5:30 - 7:30 pm :: Sirsy - Fiery, soulful indie pop that rocks!
8 - 9:30 pm :: California Transit Authority - All-star ensemble led by Danny Seraphine, founding member and former drummer of the band Chicago.
The 2012 celebration runs from noon through 10 pm, topping the night off at 9:30 with a spectacular fireworks show sponsored by the Town of Clifton Park, Price Chopper and Moe's / Shane's Restaurants.
