Brunch buffet in the Fort Orange Ballroom and Courtyard featuring a new fountain seating area. Seating from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. $42.95 ($19.95 for children age 4 to 12, free for 3 and younger).
Scrimshaw Restaurant: Easter specialty menu from 1 to 6 p.m; five courses with choices, $52.95. Regular dinner menu will also be served.
Simpson's Grille: Easter specialty menu from 1 to 10 p.m; three courses with choices, $38.95. Regular dinner menu will also be served.
