The Schenectady County Bar Association presents free public education events in celebration of Law Day on May 1 from 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at Proctors Theatre, including a showing of the classic movie "12 Angry Men," presentation of the Liberty Bell award to a Schenectady citizen, opportunities to Ask-a-Lawyer basic legal questions, and hear how town and village courts operate.
