This course will assist the Real Estate Professional and Appraiser to identify the difference between a comparable sale and a truly comparable sale. Lender requirements, Fannie Mae requirements and HUD requirements will be reviewed as they pertain to the selecetion of comparable sales for the completion of an appraisal, BPO or REO assignment. A discussion of what constitutes a compable sale will assist the student in better understanding how real values anaylsis is made. *Price includes a Panera Box Lunch
