Composer-in-Residence with the Albany Symphony Missy Mazzoli's, 5 person all girl band "Victoire" performs Indie-rock Electronica meets Chamber music live at the EMPAC as part of the American Music Festival. "Brooklyn's post-millenial Mozart" (Time Out New York) performs selections from Victoire's debut albumn Cathedral City. Mazzoli's blend of dreamy post rock, quirky minimalism and rich romanitism makes Victoire's sound unique, blended with a multi media performance its clear why Missy Mazzoli has been deemed "one of the more exciting and surprising composers now working in New York" (New York Times)
