The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train hit the rails again for 2012 'making a difference, one stop at a time.' The holiday train will visit over 150 communities across the U.S. and Canada, including stops in Schenectady and Saratoga, as well as stations in the Adirondacks.

Joshua Rubenstein is also the Northeast Regional Director of Amnesty International USA and an associate at Harvard's Davis Center for Russian & Eurasian Studies.
