All you can eat sweetheart breakfast at the Menands Frehouse. Eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, corned beef hash, home fries, Irish soda bread, Danish, pastries, doughnuts, coffee, tea, and juices are being offered. Cost: adults $7. Seniors $6. And children 5-12 $5.

Healthy range of motion and balanced muscle development in the hip and shoulder joints is essential for a happy body. In this workshop we will briefly explore the anatomy of these joints and their movements.
