For Love of Wine
NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!
We taste between 8 and 12 wines each class. Since we decide what to taste depending on what our students like, there is no predetermined list. We think that it is more fun this way.
We will walk you through the traditional steps of evaluating a wine, examining the color, legs, bouquet, flavor, finish, and occasionally, ideal pairings.
We will go through step by step with you. However, even experienced connoiseurs will probably learn something because we try to showcase a rare varietal or two and have in depth discussions about terroir (don't worry if you don't know this word, it's French) and viniculture.
