A routine traffic stop by State Police in Cobleskill resulted in the seizure of 460 marihuana plants from four separate locations in the Town of Esperance, Schoharie County. Troopers stopped a vehicle on August 21 for a routine violation and while questioning the driver developed information which resulted in a separate investigation and subsequent seizure of the marihuana.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office the suspect drove by the girls twice, each time stopping and asking them if they needed a ride, and on the third time he got out of the vehicle and the girls quickly realized he was naked.
