Wedding Cakes have often been the wedding tradition, but many traditions have been changing including the beloved and beautiful wedding cake. The past few years it has been replaced more and more by the cupcake towers, well move over cupcakes - Here come our beloved cookie. This is an absolutely gorgeous wedding cake alternative I saw this fall while at the Bridal Market in Manhattan ( searching out new and fabulous gowns for our boutique). We were so taken by its beauty it took a few minutes to realize - they were actually edible. We loved the idea so much and who does not adore a cookie or two that we played with our own version at our last bridal show - and immediately created a View image fun stand filled with adorable edible wedding gowns. Let your imagination take over - As with cupcakes it is all in the stand. At A Gracious Event we are working on many versions that can hold cupcakes or cookies. Love the cookies and cupcakes but also the Wedding Cake tradition ? Most stands now leave the top tier for a beautiful small cake to cut, share and save. Keeping the timeless traditions with a contemporary twist.
