There will be a new Panera Bread opening at Columbia Development's new building, dubbed 50 New Scotland Avenue. 
Seven Horse Pub, a bar in downtown Saratoga Springs will open an upstairs restaurant 

Schenectady NY - Bombers Burrito Bar has expanded its location at 447 State Street, downtown Schenectady. A new beach themed-room, called La Playa, has been added and is scheduled to open by October 2010.

Planned Parenthood has decided to move away from the lively Lark St. 
Momentive, a company located in Colonie, New York will be merging with Hexion as of October 1, 2010. The company employs thousands of capital region residents.
