We told you a while back that there would be a new Prime opening in Clifton Park before the end of the year. What we didn't know is when, and what it would be called. The details are in, and the new eatery is coming soon.
Angelo's Prime Bar and Grill is scheduled to open at the Hilton Garden Inn in the Clifton Park Center at the end of November. The Hilton Garden Inn is the centerpiece of the expansion project going on at the Clifton Park Center Mall.
The menu at the new location will include sandwiches, salads, prime beef burgers, and affordable entrees. The new restaurant has 90 seats, and the executive chef, Steve Kerzner will come over from Prime at Saratoga.
Owner Angelo Mazzone has been trying to open a restaurant in southern Saratoga county for a while, and he's getting very close at this point. He thinks that a bar and grill is a good setting for a wide range of customers, from families with kids to business professionals.
The expansion at Clifton Park Center Mall also includes a number of cosmetic upgrades and a 10-screen Regal Cinemas complex.
