Who likes the taste of BEER? Ok, now that I've got your attention.. There will be a beer tasting event at The Waters Edge Lighthouse on October 27th at 6:30! What could be better than your favorite brews paired with exceptional culinary delights?
Come try twelve different varieties of beer from two prominent regional breweries! Davidson Brothers Brewing Company and The Olde Saratoga Brewing Company will be providing the beer, while the talented chefs of The Waters Edge Lighthouse will be preparing the meals.
On the Menu:
- Pork Station: Pork Loin sliced to order or two choices of Pulled Pork.
- Pasta Station: Penne a la Vodka, Rotini with Pesto Sauce, Orecchiette with sauce.
- Sampler Station: Imported Cheeses & Meats, Bread, Crackers, Beer Chili, Fondue, Pate.
- Make Your Own S'mores for dessert!
