Bobbleheads are back! The Tri-City ValleyCats have announced their 2017 bobblehead giveaway days. 

Fans will have two chances to get this year's bobbleheads. The 2017 bobbleheads will honor former Yankee great Ron "Louisiana Lightning" Guidry and the nation's leading thoroughbred horse trainer (and Mechanicville native) Chad Brown!

On Monday night, Proctors CEO Philip Morris had some very exciting news for musical fans in the Capital Region: "Hamilton" is coming to the Schenectady theater during the 2018-19 season! 

...And we are not throwing away our shot. 


Steven Brundage (aka The Rubik's Cube Magician) will help 99.5 The River Combat Cancer alongside special musical guest The Rua at Lucky Strike Social on Wed, October 19 at 6 pm in Crossgates Mall.

The free summer concert series Alive at Five is featuring UK alternative rock band Bloc Party with local duo Titanics this Thursday, July 21st, in Tricentennial Park in downtown Albany.

The 2016 Tulip Fest on Mother's Day weekend has come and gone, so what's next for the City of Albany? After the success of last year's inaugural Dad Fest, the festival will return for a second year!

Albany's free concert series, Alive at Five, is one of the highlights of summer in the Capital Region. Construction has forced the series to temporarily relocate away from the Corning Preserve, and today Mayor Kathy M. Sheehan revealed the new location and this year's series lineup!

The lineup for Albany's Tulip Festival has been officially announced, and this free, signature spring event will continue its tradition of being THE place to be on Mother's Day weekend, Saturday, May 7 and Sunday, May 8.

Does a circus production, a cellist who's rocked out alongside Kurt Cobain and local brews all in an "enchanted city" sound like a good time to you?

October may seem far away, but, cello rockstars, Rasputina, will be heading to Troy this upcoming fall for The Enchanted City "Queens Ball", an after party for Troy's popular and unique annual steampunk festival. And, from now until July 18th there is a special incentive for those who support The Enchanted City via Kickstarter.

For the fifteenth consecutive year, New York City-based Ajkun Ballet Theatre (AjkunBT) will be returning to The Egg Performing Arts Center. In honor of the occasion, the company will be offering two of its performances free of charge this summer!
