Two more red-light cameras have been added in Albany. We are in the “warning period” right now with the new cameras. However, after October 27th, anyone that is captured on camera passing through these red lights will probably end up with a $50 ticket.
According to the Times Union, the newest intersections to get the camera rigs are:
- The northbound approach at Northern Boulevard and Shaker Road
- The eastbound and westbound approach at Central Avenue and King Avenue
