Easter Polish Food Sale

The Blessed Virgin Mary Parish Easter Polish Food Sale will take place from noon-5 PM on Saturday, March 28 at 250 Old Maxwell Road in Latham.

The menu features traditional Polish favorites, including gołąbki, haluski, borscht, bigos, chruściki, kolachki, 
placek, and 11 varieties of pierogi. Classic carrot cakes and butter lambs are exclusively available during this Easter food sale.

The hot and ready-to-eat menu includes the Polish Platter, complete with a tender gołąbki, a perfectly crafted potato & cheese pierogi topped with golden sautéed onions, and a sizzling link of smoked kielbasa with homemade kapusta. A vegetarian version is also available. The kielbasa bomber sandwich, a grilled to perfection kielbasa topped with braised red cabbage, is also available.

Shoppers can also take home frozen favorites like premium kielbasa and assorted pierogi to stock their freezers.

Dessert options include crispy chruściki, delicate kolachki, and our classic carrot cake. And for those who cherish Polish Easter traditions, handcrafted butter lambs will be available for your holiday table.

Donations collected at the event will benefit Unity House. Shoppers are invited to browse our holiday craft vendors while orders are filled.
