About this event

Join us as we celebrate Caribbean American Heritage Month with our 2nd annual Just For The Health Of It! Health & Wellness Festival! FREE Caribbean food samples, Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken, and music more.

We are bringing resources straight to our community that addresses the seven dimensions of wellness: financial, intellectual, spiritual, physical, emotional, environmental, and occupational wellness. The festival will include, delicious Caribbean foods and drinks, fitness demonstrations, and vendors from all around the region providing resources and information that our community needs!
