One of the projects my virtual interns in human resources are working on is testing out the application websites of a variety of employers for ease of use and ease of application.<\/p>\n
Some of the top sites we have discovered allow auto-fill of profiles from LinkedIn or from a PDF or Word resume. Some of the worst sites claim to auto-fill from these profiles, but still require a great deal of manual labor.<\/p>\n
Other top sites allow the use of a Taleo profile, or their own internal process that seems to work seamlessly (such as LinkedIn jobs or Bright.com)<\/p>\n
