When one of the college classes I was scheduled to teach this semester was cancelled, I decided to try something different to run a class like it for the general public instead.<\/p>\n
Instead of going the traditional route of seeking registrations through Eventbrite or my website, I decided to start a funding campaign to offer donors the ability to choose a variety of education and training services, including access to the 15 week class.<\/p>\n
So far, in just three days, we’ve had 6 donations and received calls from people interested in taking the 15 week class at a later time as well.<\/p>\n
The “prizes” for donating include<\/p>\n
$2 – a handwritten thank you note, in which I will include some educational content<\/p>\n
$10 – a personal tip sheet for business<\/p>\n
$17 – a 10 minute inspirational phone call<\/p>\n
$25 – a 30 minute coffee chat about your business in the Capital Region<\/p>\n
$50 – a 45 minute phone consultation, or access to one of the 15 webinars\/live classes<\/p>\n
$150 – a 90 minute consultation<\/p>\n
$495 – access to the 15 week live class<\/p>\n
