A: If you are good at doing presentations, you may want to share some best practices. If you aren’t, you may want to offer some constructive criticism by sharing some ways she can sound more authentic without making her feel bad. Express confidence in her and share with her some ways that she can do a better job of showing it.<\/p>\n
Q: I have a co-worker who consistently shows up late for work and management doesn’t do an (expletive deleted) thing about it. What can I do to prevent this from happening?<\/p>\n
A: Have you personally confronted the co-worker about this? If not, I suggest that you do so and do it in a way that expresses the situation and how it affects everyone, not just you.<\/p>\n
