It seems people with the most important and powerful positions manage to be the most productive and active in a variety of facets. Why is this? While there has been significant studies and analysis of successful professionals and why they succeed, I propose their biggest attribute is time management. Author D.S Cheema postulates the difference between a successful man, opposed to those who underachieve, is the latters mindset that they are unable to manage time, or rather themselves with respect to time.<\/p>\n
\tCollege is perhaps the best place one can learn the skill of successful time management, and why universities alike stress the importance effective use of time and organization.<\/p>\n
\t‘Tis the season of beginnings, the beginning of a new school year and for many recent graduates, the beginning of their career. While there are many aspects of life in which we cannot control, a conscious effort is all it takes to improve time management, that consequently leads to productivity, less anxiety, and overall an improved lifestyle. Perhaps actor Michael Landon says it best in his short poem speaking of carpe diem.<\/p>\n
