I performed a brain surgery this morning.<\/p>\n
It was painful. It was meaningful. And the after effects have been tremendous.<\/p>\n
I erased memories. I removed thoughts. I dreamed new dreams.<\/p>\n
And most importantly, I gave myself a reboot.<\/p>\n
Tonight after class (and even before class) I came across abilities I didn’t even know I had.<\/p>\n
The ability to begin again. The ability to release thoughts before they became beliefs. The ability to focus.<\/p>\n
We all need to spiritually perform brain surgery on ourselves from time to time.<\/p>\n
Today was probably the most “invasive” reboot I have done, but I’ve got to say that this “patient” feels amazing and happy to have some different thought patterns going.<\/p>\n
Give yourself another chance today to begin again. It will be painful at first but once you get through it, a nice “reboot” of your thoughts and dreams can really have an amazing sudden impact.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
