I challenge you to do three things this week:<\/p>\n
Stop Thinking – let your unconscious mind work on your issues, or write them down for contemplation later. Get them out of your own head.<\/p>\n
Stop Talking – limit yourself to 1000 spoken\/written words a day. You may not be able to do so, but by setting a limit you will choose your words wisley.<\/p>\n
Be Curious – ask a ton of questions. Be the 4 year old version of yourself and ask a lot of questions to find out more about others.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
