Remaining positive is a choice. It is not easy; especially when circumstances are not positive and when others are responding to the circumstances with negativity.<\/p>\n

Attitudes can be contagious, so it’s important to counteract the negativity we experience by exhibiting and displaying a positive outlook and attitude which will essentially keep the negativity from spreading. Being a good example for others is important because it develops leadership qualities in the person with a positive attitude.<\/p>\n

Having and keeping a positive outlook and attitude is not only healthy but affects all areas of our lives in a good manner, and promotes all of the characteristics that we should consistently exhibit in the workplace such as teamwork, productivity, commitment, and perseverance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
