– How do we improve our onboard processes to ensure people stay with us after the probation period?<\/p>\n
Many employers lose more employees in the first 90 days than in any other time period.<\/p>\n
Developing an effective onboarding process to train, retain, and develop can be the answer.<\/p>\n
– How are we developing individuals into more inclusive members of our community?<\/p>\n
