More like, Human Resolutions. Based on my experience, I\u2019m going to explain the best method of solving problems relative to HR. Step one: Listen. In many cases people only listen to answer, not to truly listen.<\/p>\n<p>When HR is involved in a problem, it is usually the third strike. Which leads me to step two: Understanding. Understanding the problem doesn\u2019t necessarily mean that the outcome is going to be any better. Understanding can mean getting the facts straight, but it can also mean considering the reasonings. But by completing step one, step two is easily completed.<\/p>\n<p>Step three: Answer. This can be the hardest part, and the hardest to hear. At the end of the day if step one and step two are accomplished, then step three is what it is.
