Begin by writing out a list of your achievements. Discuss past jobs, volunteering opportunities, your school history, and specific achievements, such as events you\u2019ve participated in and awards you\u2019ve received. Once you complete that step, open up a word document and add a header. In the header, write your name, email address, and phone number. Underneath your header, create bolded or underlined titles for the information you already wrote down. From there, using bullets, discuss your experiences underneath each title. On the bottom of a resume, you should always include references. Good references include past bosses, teachers, and other leaders you\u2019ve worked with. If you\u2019ve never had a job before, it\u2019s okay to use family and friends as references as long as you write a professional explanation explaining who they are. For example, if you\u2019re in a club at school and you want to ask a friend in your club to be one of your references, don\u2019t write \u2018friend\u2019 in the explanation. Instead, write something more professional, such as \u2018Teammate\u201d. Hopefully these tips will help you write a solid resume.
