  3. Elevator speeches take up so much time (especially if several people are doing them).<\/li>\n

    2. Sharing your name, the name of your company, and one reason you came to the event today. That’s it.<\/li>\n
    3. Share an impact statement. “I’m Robert Braathe, and this week at Career Service Station we found a job seeker a job that landed him a 25% increase in pay. Let’s talk about how I can do that for you or someone you know.”<\/li>\n
    4. Make a positive statement about someone else you know on the call or during the meeting.<\/li>\n
    5. Share a fun fact about yourself that no one else knows yet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
