At a church I attended this week while away, they talked about fellowship vs. buildings being the difference between community building and lack of community. Some people look at workplaces in a similar way. If your workplace is beautiful, has “feng shui”, or is designed for maximum comfort, are you really doing enough if you don’t have “fellowship”? Probably not.<\/p>\n
See some of the best workplaces out there…what do they have in common? A team where people feel like it is their second home. A place where people can go to and feel like they are supported. Possibly even a place that they feel like they can do their very best, even on their worst day.<\/p>\n
