However, this may be cost prohibitive to the small business owner. There are, however, a multitude of options that will allow companies to continually train their employees and ensure that they are on the cutting edge of the industry.<\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>Whether it is allowing employees time to study while at work, or providing web-based or print-based training resources on-site, companies can do quite a bit in an affordable way to continually train their employees.<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>What have you done lately to provide continual training to your employees?
