They just need to run the event by us first. We also offer tuition reimbursement.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>&#8220;We&#8217;ve given consideration to having an in-house education program to enable our employees to learn more while on the job.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Tuition reimbursement, credit for prior tuition costs that are applicable to their job, and the possibility of going on to advanced degrees through schools close to us make us an employer of choice.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>&#8220;We&#8217;ve offered online curriculum internally for a while, and are considering expanding our offerings to involve friends and families of the company as well at a low cost.&#8221;<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here are some of the responses to my question on how companies provide continuing education for our employees&#8221;We give our employees a budget of $500 a year for continuing education classes.
