Job Overview
We’re looking for friendly and energetic Banquet Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our venue, serving food and drinks with enthusiasm at our Public events (Dueling Pianos, Comedy, Book Fairs, etc) and at our Private Events (Weddings, showers, parties, etc) while ensuring guests have a fantastic experience. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their event or visit.
Serve food and beverages promptly, accurately, and with a positive attitude, with a focus on upselling drink rounds and upgrades.
Set up banquet spaces, including arranging tables, linens, and service stations to ensure a smooth flow of events.
Take orders, mix drinks, and handle bar service efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Buss tables and assist with clearing dishes to keep the dining area tidy and organized.
Support catering events by assisting with food presentation, serving, and guest relations as needed.
Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
Requirements

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or catering is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
*Must be able to repetitively lift 35lb cases of wine and run up and downstairs multiple times a night.

Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and bar operations is a plus.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with food safety standards and proper alcohol service practices.

Pay Rate:
Public Events: $16/hr + Tips
Private Events: $16/hr + $12/hr from service charges pre-paid.
