How dare I judge myself, according to what I perceive others to believe about me. Derived from the misguided notion that others dictate how we should judge ourselves. Based on this notion, how often do our perceptions about ourselves formulate negatively on the basis of what we believe to be true? Truths be told upon – whose beliefs? Others or our own? Plagued by this underworld of negativity, many have opted to remain comfortably miiserable. How then, do we begin to TRAIN the cognitive to be more positive? To *reclaim the positive YOU*, we must acknowledge that just because we have a thought, it doesn’t make it TRUE/TH.
