Plans for an indoor waterpark and resort are in the works for Greene County.
The resort, estimated to cost $110 million to build, will be named the Greene County Lodge and Waterpark Resort. It’s main feature will be its 80,000 square foot indoor waterpark. In addition the lodge is reported to have 400 guest rooms, 2 restaurants, an arcade, and 25,000 square feet of meeting space. The venture hopes to create thousands in tax revenue and just as many new full and part time jobs.
