performers: Cold War Kids.
The California based rock group hit the scene in
2004 playing live shows on the west coast, but didn’t get national
attention until after appearing at Lollapalooza in 2006. Their music spread
quickly over the internet and has resulted in three major albums to date.
Songs
like “Hang Me Up To Dry” (see video below) and “Louder Than Ever” have
been radio favorites on stations like 102.7 WEQX so there is a chance you like
their stuff already and didn’t even know it!
