A new restaurant is coming to the Crossgates Mall and this addition brings a little Saratoga -style to the scene. J&A Prep Kitchen, run by the owners of Jacob & Anthony’s in downtown Saratoga Springs, will celebrate its grand opening today, Thursday, September 1.
The Prep Kitchen will serve American classics including burgers, salads, sandwiches, and steaks, highlighted with specialty items like tacos and seafood. The location will have a family-friendly atmosphere with a lounge and an outdoor bar and patio.
Run by a private restaurant development and management group, the Marrello Family of restaurants includes Bellini’s Italian Eatery, Jacob & Anthony’s American Grille and now J&A Prep Kitchen, proving they know how to make delicious food, served up in a great atmosphere!
